In the early 20th century, Bushwick
flourished as a HOTBED of culture
and entertainment. Since then,
it has been home to many
communities while preserving its
character. As its popularity grew, so
did the construction of many prewar
buildings. The Knick includes three
of them. This renovation has been
designed to preserve their original
architecture and the AUTHENTIC
character of the neighborhood.
